Low Back Mobility Exercises for an Acute Episode

An acute episode of low back pain can be very painful, disabling and not to mention, worrying. In most cases, with the correct diagnosis and early management, recovery will take place within a few weeks.

We often recommend early mobility (as pain allows) to facilitate recovery. See the video below for some gentle mobility exercises that can be implemented into a daily routine.

If pain persists, please seek further physiotherapy advice for a through assessment, diagnosis and tailored, low back physio management plan.
