Why We Are Transparent With Our Pricing

Choosing a physiotherapist should not feel confusing.

We know price is an important part of choosing where to book, but it is only one part of the decision. The more important question is:

“What am I getting for my investment?”

Our aim is to make our fees easy to find, easy to understand, and supported by a clear explanation of the care, time and standards behind each appointment.

What to Expect at Your First Appointment?

Your first appointment is more than a quick assessment.

It is a dedicated one on one consultation where your physiotherapist takes the time to understand your symptoms, your story, your goals and what matters most to you.

During your initial consultation, your physiotherapist will typically:

✅ Spend the full appointment one on one with your physiotherapist

✅ Listen carefully to your story, symptoms and goals

✅ Complete a thorough physical assessment

✅ Explain your provisional diagnosis in clear, easy to understand language

✅ Begin treatment where appropriate

✅ Develop a personalised treatment plan tailored to your goals

✅ Provide exercises and advice specific to your condition

✅ Answer your questions so you leave feeling informed, confident and clear on your recovery

You should leave your first appointment feeling listened to, understood, and clear on the next steps.

The Kinima Standard

The Kinima Standard reflects our values-based philosophy of care, refined over years of clinical experience and continuous improvement.

✔ We measure progress, adapt your care and keep you moving forward.

✔ We are committed to providing a professional, welcoming and supportive experience from your first visit to your last.

Our goal is not simply to help you feel better today.
It's to help you move from pain relief, to stronger movement, to active and meaningful living.

Need more time?

Your physiotherapist will recommend a longer appointment if they believe it will provide the greatest benefit for your care.

What Your Appointment Fee Reflects

Your consultation fee reflects more than the time spent in the room.

It reflects our commitment to delivering high quality physiotherapy and a consistently positive client experience.

This includes:

• Thorough assessment and clinical reasoning

• Individualised treatment planning and regularly updated exercise program

• Ongoing professional development and mentoring

• Evidence informed treatment

• Quality rehabilitation equipment and clinical technology

• Communication with your GP, specialist or other healthcare providers where appropriate

• Systems designed to provide a consistent and supportive experience

We want every client to feel their appointment was valuable, purposeful and worth the investment.

Supporting Better Clinical Decisions

Where appropriate, your physiotherapist may use clinical testing or rehabilitation equipment to help guide your care.

This may include:

  • Radial Shockwave Therapy

  • Tailored exercise programs on PhysiApp

  • VALD Force Plate technology assessment

  • Hand Held Dynamometry strength testing

  • MAT movement and performance evaluation

  • Clinical Pilates equipment

  • High quality gym and rehabilitation equipment

Technology doesn't replace good physiotherapy.

It helps us measure progress, make informed decisions and give you greater confidence throughout your rehabilitation.
