    You’ll receive a thorough assessment of your movement, strength and relevant lifestyle factors. Your physiotherapist will explain the findings clearly and discuss a working diagnosis. Together, you’ll develop a personalised management plan to support your recovery and your goals.

    Your plan may include a combination of education, hands-on treatment, dry needling, shockwave therapy, movement strategies, exercise therapy and a home exercise program. You’re welcome to use our on-site rehab gym to start your exercises before you leave.

  • No, you don’t need a doctor’s referral to see a physiotherapist. Physiotherapy is accessible to anyone.

    If you do have a referral or relevant medical documents, please bring them to your initial appointment. This helps us keep communication clear and ensures your care is well coordinated.

  • Not necessarily. The idea of “no pain, no gain” doesn’t always apply.

    Some treatment techniques or assessments may cause mild discomfort, and it’s also common to feel some temporary soreness afterward. Your physiotherapist will explain why a technique is being used so you understand what to expect. If you have any concerns during or after treatment, please let your physiotherapist know so we can adjust your care.

  • In most cases, physiotherapy is included in private health extras cover. Your rebate will depend on your specific plan.
    We have HICAPS available in the clinic so you can claim instantly at the end of your session.
    Remember to bring your valid private health card with you.

  • Yes, we accept Worker’s Compensation, DVA, Motor Vehicle Insurance and Medicare Care Plan referrals for physiotherapy.

    Worker’s Compensation (WorkCover):
    Please bring your approved claim number, GP referral, employer details and your case manager’s contact information. If your claim is approved, there are no out-of-pocket expenses.

    Medicare Care Plans:
    Yes we do.
    Please bring your GP care plan. We do not bulk bill these appointments, so an out-of-pocket fee applies. You simply pay for the session in full, and Medicare reimburse your rebate directly.

    Motor Vehicle Accident Claims (ICWA):
    Please bring your approved claim number, GP referral and your case manager’s contact details. If your claim is approved, there are no out-of-pocket expenses.

    DVA:
    Please bring your GP referral and your DVA Gold or White card. There are no out-of-pocket expenses.

  • Yes, we provide physiotherapy services for participants with a self-managed or plan-managed NDIS plan. Please provide the details of your case manager, if applicable, when booking your appointment.

  • We want to help as many people as possible and understand that life can get busy. If you need to change an appointment, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations or reschedules outside of this window may incur a late notice fee equal to the cost of the appointment. Need to change a physiotherapy appointment or class? Simply contact us.

  • Your clothing should allow easy movement of the area being treated. For lower limb injuries, wear shorts that allow full movement. For neck or shoulder injuries, a singlet is preferred to expose the area. Changing facilities are available if needed.

  • Initial physiotherapy consultations are usually 45 minutes.

    Follow-up sessions are typically 30 minutes. Longer sessions are available if needed to focus on exercise, rehabilitation, or specific goals.

    Your physiotherapist may invite you to comeplete rehabilitation exercises for 10-30 minutes in our on-site gym following your session.

  • Yes. Your physiotherapist can design a plan that complements your current exercise or gym routine.

    This ensures you recover safely while continuing to stay active.

    You can also access our on-site rehab gym to practice exercises under supervision.

    Your physiotherapist will often suggest modifications to your exercise routine whilst undergoing rehabilitation.
