Exercise Rehabilitation

Exercise rehabilitation is beneficial for:

  • Recovery from injury or surgery

  • Preparing for upcoming surgery (prehab)

  • Enhancing sporting performance

  • Injury prevention

  • Building resilience through strength & fitness

  • Muscle recovery

  • Weight management

  • Stress management

  • Improving sleep

  • Managing chronic conditions such as osteoarthritis, osteoporosis, diabetes, heart disease, lung conditions

At Kinima Physio, we offer physiotherapist-supervised exercise rehabilitation classes in our newly equipped space. This option is great for those who are recovering from an injury and are mostly symptom free (requiring less manual therapy). These classes help to bridge the gap between your physiotherapy hands on sessions and keep you motivated and moving forward.

Your goals are discussed in an initial physiotherapy appointment which allows the therapist to perform necessary assessments to tailor your program. The exercise program will be delivered on an easy-to-use mobile app and your physiotherapist will recommend these classes if appropriate.
