Exercise Rehabilitation
At Kinima Physio, we offer physiotherapist-supervised exercise rehabilitation classes in our fully equipped gym and Pilates space. These sessions are ideal for people recovering from injury or surgery who are mostly symptom-free, helping bridge the gap between physiotherapy sessions and ongoing independent exercise. Classes focus on safe, targeted movement to keep you motivated and progressing toward your goals.

Your goals are discussed in an initial physiotherapy appointment, where your therapist will perform the necessary assessments to tailor your exercise program. Programs are delivered via an easy-to-use mobile app, and your physiotherapist will recommend appropriate classes to support your recovery and long-term movement goals.

3-on-1 Knee & Hip Osteoarthritis Class: GLA:D® Program (45 minutes)
Private 2-on-1 Physio Physio Pilates & Strength Exercise Rehab (45 minutes)
Up to 10-on-1 Seniors’ Exercise Class (45–60 minutes)
Exercise Rehabilitation can also be offered in your regular physiotherapy appointment 1-on-1 with your physiotherapist
