Caitlin Vallelonga
Physiotherapist
Hi, I’m Caitlin.
I completed a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences before going on to earn my Physiotherapy degree at Curtin University. This background has given me a strong foundation in population health and evidence based practice. I’m passionate about translating current research into practical, individualised care that helps my patients achieve meaningful, lasting outcomes.
I previously worked in an allied health clinic, where I collaborated with a range of health professionals and treated a broad patient population. Working in a multidisciplinary environment strengthened my clinical reasoning and reinforced my belief in a team based approach to care.
I have a special interest in sporting injuries, particularly those affecting the lower limb and shoulder. After almost 20 years playing soccer and more recently transitioning into AFL, I understand the physical demands of sport and the frustration that can come with injury. I’m passionate about helping athletes return to sport stronger, more resilient, and confident in their bodies.
My treatment approach combines manual therapy, dry needling, clear education, and structured, individualised exercise programs. I enjoy guiding people through each stage of rehabilitation, from settling symptoms to building strength and returning to performance.
Outside the clinic, you’ll find me playing and watching footy, cooking, or catching up with friends over a good coffee. Go Eagles!
